Thanks PTO!
All students at Prairie View received a free book to keep and enjoy! Students were very excited to pick out books and start reading. This even was made possible by the Prairie View PTO.

America Reads 2013
Prairie View celebrated America Reads on October 18, 2013. Over 110 volunteers read to Prairie View students throughout the day! Thanks to all of the readers who volunteered their time to share great books with us and to the PTO for greeting the readers as they came in! Check out the slideshow of pictures from the day below.

Fourth Grade Gallery Walk
Fourth graders brainstormed their reading interests on posters in the library. Then they were able to travel around to the different posters and get new ideas from all of the fourth graders in the building.
